- What does LoolyLabs build?
- Custom software for small and growing businesses: websites, dashboards, workflow automation, integrations between your apps, customer portals, quoting and scheduling tools, field apps, and complete business systems. See every service.
- Who do you work with?
- Mostly construction teams, home services companies, and e-commerce and retail businesses. The same building blocks fit most companies that sell a service or a product.
- What happens when I book a call?
- You get a confirmation and a calendar invite right away. On the 15-minute call you tell us how the work gets done today. Within the week we hold the workflow audit with your team, and a few days later you get a written plan and one fixed price. The book page shows each step.
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. We walk you through every decision, and you check each stage by clicking through it, not by reading code.
The build
- How long does a project take?
- Most builds take a few weeks. Your plan includes a timeline for each stage before you sign.
- Will I see it before it is finished?
- Yes. We build in stages you can click through and try as we go, and your feedback shapes the next stage.
- Will it work with the tools we already use?
- Most likely. If an app can share its data, we can usually connect it. We check this during the audit, before you commit to anything.
- Can we update our website ourselves?
- Yes, the text and photos, any time. New pages and bigger changes are work we do for you.
Your software and your data
- Who owns the software?
- You do. It is built for your business and it stays yours. What happens after launch is your choice.
- Is our data safe?
- Your data moves only between your own accounts. If the audit touches sensitive information, we sign a mutual NDA before we look at anything.
- How do we stay in the loop?
- You always know what happens next. Each client gets a private portal with where the work stands, the files we share, and anything waiting for your approval.
