What we keep when you visit or book a call, what we share for our ads, and how to turn it off.
Who we are
LoolyLabs LLC is a custom software studio in Arizona. This page covers loolylabs.com and the calls you book with us. Questions about it go to contact@loolylabs.com.
When you visit this site
We count visits so we know which pages help people. For each page we keep the page you opened, the site or link that sent you here, the rough place you are in (a city, as our host Cloudflare reports it), the kind of device, and how long the page stayed open.
To tell one visit from the next, your browser keeps a random id for this site. It is not a cookie and it is not shared with anyone. Our visit counts never keep your IP address.
Cookies and the Meta pixel
We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), so this site loads Meta's pixel. It sets cookies that Meta uses to measure our ads and to show them to people who visited.
Meta and other third parties may use cookies, pixels, web beacons and similar storage on this site and on other sites to collect information about your visits and to deliver ads. See Your choices below to turn this off.
When you book a call
Booking runs on Cal.com, which collects your name, email and anything you write in the form. We get the booking, and we connect it to the pages you read before booking, so we can prepare for the call.
The first time the booking calendar loads for you, and again at the moment you book, we record your IP address and your browser's details (its user agent). We use them only to tell Meta, then delete them.
What we share with Meta
When you book a call, we tell Meta a booking happened, so it can measure which ads work. With it we send your email, name, phone and city, each hashed (turned into a code Meta can match to its accounts), plus the IP address and browser details from your booking and, if you came from one of our ads, the ad click id from the link.
The first time you open the booking calendar, we tell Meta that too, with the IP address and browser details of that visit and the ad click id if you came from one of our ads. If the call turns into a project, we tell Meta that as well, with its value. Meta handles this information under its own data policy.
Under some US state laws, sharing information with an ad platform this way can count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising". We never sell your information for money.
Who else handles it for us
We use a few companies to run the business, and they handle information only on our behalf: Cal.com for booking, Cloudflare for hosting, Supabase for our database, and Google Workspace for email.
How long we keep it
Page visits are deleted after 13 months. The IP address and browser details we record for Meta are deleted once Meta has them, and after 30 days at most. Booking and email details stay while we work together and for as long as tax and legal records need them, and you can ask us to remove them at any time.
Your choices
If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we do not record your visits, Meta's pixel does not load, and a call you book is never sent to Meta.
You can also limit ads from Meta in your Facebook ad preferences, and opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at aboutads.info (or youronlinechoices.eu in Europe).
To see, correct or remove what we have about you, or to ask us not to share your booking with Meta, email contact@loolylabs.com. We answer within a week.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
